A. DISTRICT EMPLOYMENT OFFICE

 

1                    Supervising and controlling of Dist Employment Exchange.

2                    Drawing and Disbursing powers.

3                    Sponsoring candidates to employers for filling up of vacancies that notified them.

4                    Attending Zillah Paris hath and other Dist level meeting.

5                    Maintaining good relations with Dist authorities and giving co operation to them.

6                    Allotting duties to his staff.

7                    Receiving grievances petitions.

8                    Visiting industries/institutions to verify employers records in implementing CNV Act 1959.

9                    Implementing Rajiv Udyoga sri by condeecting job meals and training programmes.

 

B. EMPLOYMENET OFFICER (VG)

 

1.                  Supervising Registrations.

2.                  Giving vocational guidance to un emplo0yees for choosing better opportunities/courses.

3.                  Giving advises/information on self employment schemes.

4.                  Giving advises/information to students by conducting career talks/career exhibitions in school/College premises.

 

C. JUNIOR EMPLOYMENT OFFICERS

1.                  Visiting industries/ institutions for verifying employers records as a part of implementing CNV Act 1959.

2.                  Preparation statistics regarding Registration, Notifications.

3.                  Giving assists to Dist Employment Officer while dealing with judies matters regarding appraise

VII. For framing policy matters Dist Employment Exchanges invites applications from citizen and also receiving grievances indirectly through CE&T and Collect orate etc.

XII.           Dist Employment Exchange is implementing Schemes/Programmes under L.M.V.

XIII.        Dist Employment Exchange is not sanctioning any Royalties, permits to any one.

XIV.        Dist Employment Exchange is maintaining all Registrations, Renewals, Maintenance and sponsoring candidates to vacancies through computers.

XV.           Vocational guidance unit having career literature which are helpful for unemployed youth for choosing better opportunities/courses. Any one can visit VG unit and study the literature during office hours.
